ABC Tracker helps special-education teachers and school teams log behavior incidents (antecedent → behavior → consequence) and positive-behavior point sheets, surface patterns, and draft Behavior Intervention Plans. It is a behavior-data tool; your district’s SIS/IEP system remains the system of record.
Who may use it with student data
You may only enter real, identifiable student information if you are authorized by your school or district to do so. FERPA governs student education records, and schools may share them with a service provider only under the “school official” exception, which generally requires the district’s authorization and agreement. Until your district has an agreement in place, use de-identified data (student initials only), which is how the app is designed to be used.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and the name you enter.
- The information you enter: student initials, behavior incidents (antecedent, behavior, consequence, and optional notes), positive-behavior point-sheet scores, and any AI behavior analyses or Behavior Intervention Plans generated from that data.
How your data is isolated and secured
- Each account’s data is isolated by database row-level security, so no other user can see your students or your data.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and stored in the United States.
Subprocessors
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Anthropic (Claude) — used to analyze the behavior data you’ve logged and to draft Behavior Intervention Plans when you request it. That content is sent to Anthropic only to perform that task, and is processed under zero data retention — it is not stored by, or used to train, the AI. A data-processing agreement is in place.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your data, and we never use student data for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
- You can delete individual behavior incidents, point sheets, analyses, and plans — or clear all of your data — from within the app.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
